We’re hiring! Seeking a Production Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and collaborative Production Assistant to fill a vital role in our team.

Location: Remote working, preference for London-based if possible

Working contract type: Freelance

  • 6 weeks full-time per event, completely flexible work-hours, £150/day

  • Work 5 weeks before + 1 week after each of our large events (current 2025 dates: Sunday 25th May (Heaven) and Friday 12th September (Studio 338), 10pm-6am)

Role summary:

  • Core contribution to running of complex event, requiring multiple skill-sets & ability to work precisely and fast under pressure

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

With input on:

  • Ideating performance & immersivity

  • Ideating decor

  • Performance and vendor research and sourcing/recruitment

  • Writing marketing posts

  • Managing social media platforms

  • F&B strategy & evolution

Fully responsible for:

  • General team management, coordination & briefing

  • Reaching out to our volunteer base

  • Keeping documents and inbox in order

  • Decor Risk Assessments & Method Statements

  • Decor sourcing and buying

  • Performer PLI compilation

  • Filing invoices 

  • Organising guestlist
