For our next monthly community meet-up, we’ll be saying a collective farewell to winter and welcoming the sweet, fertile, budding beauty of SPRING.
We’ll be gathering at our usual venue, The Island Queen, to connect with each other and honour the spring equinox. Fox&Badge has always been dedicated to a few forms of music we love: techno music; night music; collective vibration; social resonance. We love the way that people express & co-create, and are increasingly drawn to the beautiful ways in which we can all do this together through voice. In celebration of this time of new beginnings, we’re excited to be including a ritual contemplation and exploration of our voices at this meetup.

----- SELF-EMERGENCE THROUGH VOICE ------
The flowers aren’t the only things emerging in spring. After a long winter, we can also find ourselves yearning to open up and expand again. One of the most powerful ways to do this can be through our voice, that amazing human and spiritual technology we all carry in our throats.
Enter the new season with us as we connect with our voices (and each other!) - from stillness and internal reflection to connection and expression through voice and movement. We’ll run our usual social at the beginning of the night with the facilitated portion beginning at 8:30.
To celebrate the imminent abundance of spring, and the very essence of creation itself, we invite every single attendee to fully participate in the brief co-creation of a nature altar. Please bring whatever items of nature you love. Feel free to bring many; shrines always look good if they have a foundation of repetition. You can of course reclaim anything you bring.
Please bring flowers, petals, stalks, leaves, grasses, branches, stones, feathers, bones, candles, scents, crystals, ritual objects; anything you love and would love to contribute to the moment.
