DJ INTRO: Syvletje
Today we complete our intro to our continental DJ goddesses, and intro the wonderful Belgian DJ @Syvletje, AKA Sylvie Gabriel, who will intro our Tinghöll.
Sylvie’s musical story begins growing up in the lowlands of Flanders, where the Sound of Belgium set the foundations for her future musical preferences. After having been at the helm of a fashion label called Lounge Lover since 2004, Sylvie decided to dedicate more of her time to the gods of music. Like any good Viking, she raided South; regular visits to the Isle of Ibiza added the Balearic state of mind to her musical spectrum, ensuring no sound will pass without a positive and happy flavour to it.
Her sound is deep, organic, melodic - and always gorgeous. Sylvetje has led eardrums to ecstasy at most of the upmarket boutique venues in London, like Hovarda, the Mandrake hotel, Nobu, & Beat, and has recently DJed around the globe in Tulum, Paris, Montreal, and of course Ibiza.
Sylvie is also the co-founder of Sonic Soulmates, an idea close to our hearts: spiritual events focusing on connection through gong healing and electronic music.
